Ugh! Rod Matthews had that 4th parole hearing

A huge thank you to J. Fitz for this heads up, here is a Boston Globe link on this mope's parole. This solid citizen bashed his friend's head in with a baseball bat, because he wanted to know what it was like to kill someone, do you want to get in an argument with this loon over a parking spot or a seat on the train? Me neither, its a crazy world we live in.
