Harmony was caught in a hell, created by her parents. Mom lost custody due to severe and active drug addiction. Dad was also an addict and never reported his beautiful daughter was missing and likely dead. Adam Montgomery appears to have been abusive to his wife, girlfriend, and even tiny Harmony.
